Windows xp theme finished

Cheah Its an update

I know lots of you had problems with my skin and it was horrible, well ive fixed it and im VERY VERY sure it DOES work!
Oh yeah i can only upload to megaupload rapidshare doesnt work for me im sorry for any inconvenience i cause to anyone
First to start off about the skin is that a made the background smaller, it shouldnt corrupt any space, or ram on the ds-x so the skin SHOULD WORK!!!

I have 4 diffrent backgrounds to choose from (how nice) and therye all compiled into one zip file, note that i did not put the .RAW files and .PAL files in the same places bummer huh
well dont worry about that i made a readme, its really a no brainer

I havent tested this yet, sorry but i am VERY VERY sure it should work

I would LOVE feedback and ideas, or bug reports

also the ppl who take screenshots for me are very thanked and i hope you can do it for this new release too!
