With my experience building websites over the past 8 years, usually you will get what you pay for. A lot of places do offer really low rates, but in the end they are lacking.

What type of site are you building, what type of people do you want to visit your site, are things to think about when looking for hosting, many hosts now offer web page builders if you dont have a 3rd party program like dreamweaver or frontpage / expression web.

Ive been using InMotionHosting.com for a while now and they are a pretty solid host and I believe they even offer a site builder as part of their package.

Yep, I agree with the "you get what you pay for" phrase

Some of my friends paid only one euro for their site. Results: 45% downtime, slow servers and low rates, lol. Dont let good talk fool you
